Jed Blackburn

Jed Blackburn advises clients in matters of advocacy and dispute resolution with a particular focus on commercial litigation, higher education, administrative, and employment law. He has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from educational institutions to small businesses to multinational corporations.

Jed has successfully acted as counsel in matters before both administrative tribunals and the courts, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court (Trial Division), the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
